Create a new warranty template 

Warranty is a service that often accompanies a product when a customer makes a purchase, especially for electronic and high-value items. Providing warranty service is a way for you to gain customer trust and encourage repeat purchases.  

GoSELL’s new warranty management feature allows you to easily create custom warranty templates, perfect for electronics and high-value items. 

Step-by-step Guide: 

Step 1: Log in to the GoSELL admin page (Link: https://admin.gosell.biz/login). 

Step 2: On the GoSELL admin dashboard, click on the Warranty section and select Warranty Template. 

Step 3: In the Warranty Template page, all available templates will be displayed. To create a new template, simply click the Create New Template button in the top right corner of the screen. 

Step 4: Fill in all the necessary information and select the fields to be displayed on the warranty template, including:  

• Warranty template information: template name, warranty description, images, color.  

• Information displayed on the customer’s warranty card: customer name, phone number, address, warranty time. 

Step 5: To finalize your warranty template, click Save. Review the details carefully, then click Publish to make it active. 

Note:  

• Published warranty templates cannot be edited.  

• To stop using a warranty template, select the template and click Deactivate.
