ARTICLE 2: ACCOUNT ACTIVATION

If the subscriber to GoSELL's services is your staff, then your staff is the account holder..

ARTICLE 4: GOSELL'S RIGHTS

Exploit or collect any information related to user accounts; Upload, post, email or publicize any content that is not permitted under any laws or contractual or fiduciary relationships (internal information, proprietary information that needs confidentiality, or disclosure of industrial relations without permission); Upload, post, email, transfer or publicize any content that leads to infringement of patents, trademarks, business know-how, copyright or any sole rights of any party; Upload, post, send e-mail, transfer or public any unauthorized or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "harassment letters," "spam," "character strings," or any other form of advertising; Upload, post, email, transfer or publicize any material containing viruses, trojans or computer codes, files or programs designed to interfere with, damage, or restrict the functions of computer hardware/software or telecommunications equipment. Delete any account that intentionally infringes, insults verbally or verbally to GoSELL customers, GoSELL staffs, GoSELL company.

ARTICLE 9: CANCEL SERVICE

You can cancel your account at any time by emailing us to an email hotro@GoSELL.vn and then we will send you detailed instructions..

If you cancel the Service around the middle of your payment period, you will receive a full payment notification via email. The current expenses we do not refund..




ARTICLE 10: SERVICE AND PRICE MODIFICATIONS

GoSELL has full authority to change or discontinue the service.

GoSELL is not responsible for you or any third party when they change their prices or discontinue their own services..




ARTICLE 11: OPTIONAL TOOL

GoSELL can give you access to other third-third partner tools that GoSELL has connected to.
